INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON CONDITIONAL MOMENT CLOSURE AND MULTIPLE MAPPING CONDITIONING
The workshop was instigated by Professor Bob Bilger as a forum to discuss developments in Conditional Moment Closure (CMC). Since the first workshop in 2000 it has expanded to encompass modelling methods that are closely associated with CMC, including Multiple Mapping Conditioning (MMC) and Conditional Source Term Estimation (CSE). The CMC/MMC workshop is held every second year, usually timed around the International Symposium on Combustion. It involves researchers from all over the world. At the most recent workshop held in Seoul (Korea) in August 2016 there were delegates from Asia, Australia, Europe, India and North America.
